LOS ANGELES, CA- March 21, 2005 – El Clasificado, the nation’s largest free weekly classified Spanish-language publication, has been honored with a first place award for its “Outstanding Classified Section” at the 23rd National Association of Hispanic Publications Hispanic Print Awards held in Philadelphia, PA, from March 9 through March 12.
This is the fifth time El Clasificado has been proclaimed “Best Classified Paper” in the nation, which shows both consistency and an outstanding product. In addition, El Clasificado has grown its weekly circulation 33%, going from 150,000 to 200,000 in 2004 and thus meriting honors for its “Outstanding Circulation Program” at the same convention.
